I have practiced psychology for 11 years as a behavioral health consultant. I have my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.
While I am trained in and have experience with multiple modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Systems/Family Interventions, Motivational Interviewing) my particular interest is Polyvagal Theory. I enjoy collaborating with clients to find ways to calm their nervous system, helping them live a more present life rooted in safety and connection.
I think many mental health challenges—like anxiety, substance abuse, mood disorders, interpersonal stress, and health problems—come from a nervous system that’s been under stress for too long.
If you’re feeling stressed, stuck in the past, anxious about what’s ahead, or having trouble letting go of habits and patterns that no longer serve you, I welcome you to connect so we can work through it together.
