Great to meet you!

When life feels overwhelming, it's easy to lose sight of yourself while trying to keep everything else together. Anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, or difficult life experiences can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. You don't have to keep carrying those burdens alone. I work alongside individuals experiencing anxiety, family issues, stress management, grief and loss, and relationship issues so they can build healthier relationships, regain emotional balance, and reconnect with the life they want to live. Working with adolescents, adults, and seniors, I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that have shaped your life while identifying strengths you already possess and building practical strategies that support lasting growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you better understand yourself while developing healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Positive Psychology because every client deserves an approach that's individualized, evidence based, and aligned with their unique goals. Together, we can work through substance use and addiction, panic disorder, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, family conflict, and relationship challenges, while creating practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing beyond therapy.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and supported from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and genuine curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate setbacks with confidence. Whether you're healing from loss, strengthening important relationships, managing anxiety or stress, or simply hoping to feel more grounded in your daily life, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more hopeful, and confident in your ability to move forward.
