Great to meet you!

Kelly Cooper, LMHC | Trauma Therapist | Lynden Counseling Collective Helping Women Heal, Reclaim Their Stories, and Experience Wholeness in Christ

As a trauma therapist and co-founder of Lynden Counseling Collective, I specialize in working with women navigating the complex and painful impact of trauma—including betrayal, relational wounds, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can untangle your story, reconnect with your sense of identity, and experience the deep healing God desires for you.

I work primarily with women ages 20–60 and walk with them through trauma recovery, identity rebuilding, and emotional healing. Whether you're processing betrayal trauma, struggling with the effects of childhood wounds, or trying to reconnect with your faith after a season of pain, you don’t have to do it alone.

At Lynden Counseling Collective, we believe that healing is sacred work—and we’re honored to walk with you in it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and deeply rooted in both clinical expertise and biblical truth. I integrate evidence-based modalities like Lifespan Integration Therapy, alongside trauma-informed Christian counseling. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct—I don’t just listen; I help you move forward with purpose and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and grounded. Together, we’ll work to gently uncover the roots of your pain, explore how past experiences are impacting your present, and begin building healthier emotional and relational patterns. You’ll gain tools to regulate your nervous system, deepen your self-awareness, and reconnect with your God-given identity. My hope is that each session offers a step toward healing, clarity, and peace—and that you’ll leave knowing you don’t have to carry your story alone anymore.
