About Me

On a fundamental level, everyone wants to feel fulfilled in life; to know that they matter, to feel safe and loved, and to experience success. Unfortunately, many people move through life believing that they are powerless, cycling through toxic yet familiar relationships/careers, feeling as if something is missing. As a Clinician, my goal is to help you to better understand yourself, so that you can make choices and move through life in a way that facilitates growth, rather than keeps you stuck.

I specialize in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, helping people to understand the interrelatedness of their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I will guide you in the process of learning to move towards discomfort, rather than suppress or avoid uncomfortable emotions; as most of us have been conditioned to do throughout our lives.

I received Clinical Supervision from Dr. Hallowell, pioneer in the field of adult ADHD, and consider myself an expert in working with this population. I understand the impact that ADHD can have on employment, relationships and mood.
