Great to meet you!

My first goal when working with a client is to make the experience as comfortable and safe as possible. I feel incredibly honored to be a part of this journey with my clients, which is why I put such an emphasis on first building a trusting and collaborative relationship that will help empower them in their healing process. The human experience can be difficult to navigate, and it is my goal to provide a safe space where clients don’t have to face it alone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach and believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives. I specialize in trauma with training in EMDR, used to help clients heal from past traumas and overcome emotional blocks. The mind-body connection is very important so I also use holistic approaches such as mindfulness, physical movement, and experiential techniques. Each client is unique and has different needs, therefor the approaches I use are individualized to best fit the needs of each client.

What you can expect from our first session

As a counselor it is my goal to empower clients by providing a safe, empathetic, judgement free space, in which they can explore themselves and start their healing process.
