Great to meet you!

You might be the person who holds everything together ...the one others rely on when quietly carrying more than anyone can realize. Perhaps you’re navigating grief, trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety or significant life transitions. My name is Kelly Dominici and I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 27 years of experience supporting adults through life’s most challenging moments. Therapy offers a space to exhale, feel understood and be full of yourself. If you’re ready to make meaningful changes in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you through your journey of healing.

My approach to therapy

I individualize each client’s treatment plan based on your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. I take into account your emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. I specialize in grief, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and significant life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what’s been going on in your life. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what you would like to be different.

I’ll listen, answer your questions, and give you space to share at your own pace. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that is tailored to you and your emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.
