Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified First Responder Counselor with a focus on stress management. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, and major life transitions.

My career began in community mental health, forensic, and hospital settings, where I supported people through everything from everyday stress to the hardest moments of their lives.

Military life is also my own story. As a military spouse and former American Red Cross emergency family services worker, I know firsthand the stress of deployments, PCS moves, and the transitions that follow. These experiences, personal and professional, shape how I support anyone facing uncertainty, upheaval, or starting over.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative. Together, we'll figure out what's actually getting in your way and build a path forward that fits your life. The work is warm, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, moving at a pace that respects where you're starting from. I draw on evidence-based methods, including CBT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to help you build tools that last.

Whether you're dealing with chronic stress, relationship patterns, past trauma, or a life that no longer feels aligned, I take a whole-health view, one that considers your mind, body, relationships, and sense of purpose.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you'd like to change, and what matters most to you. From there, we'll start shaping a plan that fits your goals and the way you want to work.

I bring a calm, grounded presence to every session, and I'll always be open with you about how therapy works and why we're doing what we're doing. The space we share is safe and confidential, steady and unhurried, and focused entirely on you, no matter what you're carrying into it.
