Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, non-judgmental approach while also being inquisitive and direct to help make insightful connections. I sometimes use assessment tools and concrete interventions, or creative interventions when needed. I specialize in clinical relationship and family therapies, or presenting problems that stem from these areas.

My approach to therapy

I like to design a therapeutic space that helps to support you and meet you where you are, while safely guiding you towards reaching your therapeutic goals. After over 10 years in the field, I strongly believe in this work and its power. I have seen it help others grow, create more satisfying lives, and help them to obtain more deeply rewarding relationships with themselves and others.Taking the first step is so brave and can be nerve wracking, exciting and ultimately rewarding.

What you can expect from me

Our work focuses on building insight and gaining communication skills. It helps to improve coping skills for self soothing, and building bridges of connection. Working past tense relational conflict, negative narratives and internal dialogue that get in the way of connection. We also work through anxieties, depression and trauma/family history. We help develop self compassion and more harmonious relationships with loved ones and others.
