Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California and I graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. My practice specializes in grief/bereavement for all types of loss, but has a special interest in assisting clients through pet loss/grief. I am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, Pet Loss Grief Counseling Trained Professional, and Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy working collaboratively with clients on their goals and needs in treatment. I am flexible to the client's needs and work to shape their treatment and sessions around what they needs in that moment, while also still keeping their longer-term goals in mind.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients to assist them in preparing for their loss (Anticipatory Grief), acknowledging their loss, processing their loss, making meaning of their loss, and moving forward with life while continuing to honor and remember their loss/loved one.
