Great to meet you!

In my practice, I create a therapeutic environment focused on listening and understanding to help you be the best version of yourself. I love to empower my clients through connection, active listening and goal setting. I would love to connect with you and would feel honored to help you on your unique therapeutic journey. I want to help you be the very best version of yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our therapy sessions, I like to use several therapeutic modalities when we meet, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Family Systems Therapy, Grief Therapy, and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am person-centered and narrative in my approach.
