Great to meet you!

My ideal client is an adult who is ready to say yes to their healing. They know it is time to focus on themself and have a strong desire to improve their relationships with others. Concerns may include self-critical thoughts, feelings of anxiety and/or depression, self-limiting beliefs, and challenges with setting healthy boundaries. I’m passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to self-empowerment, personal growth, and meaningful transformation.

My approach to therapy

My priority is creating a supportive space for clients to experience a sense of belonging. You will feel seen, heard, and accepted during our time together. You will enter into a deep place of reflection that honors your interests, life story, and inner knowing. My clinical specialty areas include life transitions, neurodiversity, relationships, personal and spiritual growth, boundary setting, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy understanding the unique interests and hobbies of each client I work with and building goals that integrate well into their lives. Through intentional self-reflection during our work together, clients feel safe to explore what is causing them distress and brainstorm how to move forward. I aim to create an environment where clients see their strengths and gain self-awareness. Clients can expect to experience an increase in self-compassion during our time together.
