Kelly Griffin achieved her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is currently working towards her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University.

Kelly Griffin achieved her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is currently working towards her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University.
Kelly uses a humanistic approach that integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and medical models. She has over 3 years of inpatient pediatric tech experience and spent 1.5 years providing inpatient bedside counseling to patients with traumatic injuries, including neuropsychological conditions, at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Kelly strongly believes in the importance of strength-based healing that begins with the mind-body connection. She has worked with clients of all ages (3+) to help navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, health conditions, caregiving, and family systems.
