I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over Eighteen years of experience working in mental health care. Treating a variety of mental health conditions including mood disorders, depression, anxiety, ocd, panic disorders, trauma, schizophrenia, psychosis, adhd, and autism. We will work together to improve functioning while being mindful of any other coexisting health factors in order to provide personalized care with a kind, thoughtful approach.

Dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adults across the lifespan. With a clinical focus on holistic assessment, personalized treatment planning, and patient empowerment. Integrating psychotherapy techniques, psychopharmacology, and collaborative care to support individuals in achieving and maintaining wellness.
