Great to meet you!

Hi and thank you for reading more about me. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience with a wide range of individuals helping them achieve emotional balance by learning how to cope with thoughts and feelings, distressing symptoms and situations and improve their overall wellness. I earned my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University. I strive to be able to give back the skills, courage and self-love I have learned to make life not seem so difficult and unmanageable.

My approach to therapy

I believe it's extremely important to build rapport and trust in a therapeutic relationship, creating a welcoming environment for clients. I believe in maintaining a safe place for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I am skilled in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness and Trauma Focused Therapy
