Great to meet you!

"You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." -A.A. Milne

We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change. Please email me at [email protected] for scheduling availability.

My approach to therapy

Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin simply with getting comfortable with the idea of therapy. What it is, and what it isn't. For me, building rapport is the single most important aspect of the therapeutic relationship. In order for therapy to be productive, I have to earn the trust of my clients. Then we can really get to the heart of what brings them to therapy and create a successful plan for future sessions. Please email me for schedule availability.
