Great to meet you!

Since I was 18, I have been drawn to helping people through hard moments, first as an ICU nurse, then as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Along the way I trained in ketamine therapy, addiction medicine, and chronic pain management, and spent nine years as an APRN across family medicine, inpatient psychiatry, and hospice care. I have supported adults managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex medication needs, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to ask for help. I bring both deep clinical experience and a genuinely open mind to every session, and I believe your care should be as unique as you are. I would love to get to know your story

My approach to therapy

I understand the need for both conventional and non-conventional, out-of-the box treatment modalities. I view medicine as “an art” that should be uniquely crafted to meet the individual’s needs. I have a knack for empathetic listening and understands that many people live with difficult, physical and mental health challenges. Because of this, I offer patients a friendly, safe, compassionate, non-judgmental environment to co-create individualized treatment plans that enhance and enrich lives.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to taking the time to get to know the history and details that make up your story! I am always open to input when creating a plan of care that works for you.
