Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with people facing health-related challenges, particularly those adjusting to a cancer diagnosis or managing a long-term illness. I've worked at virtually every major cancer center in the Phoenix area, and I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming that experience can be. My clients often tell me that finding someone who truly understands the intersection of physical illness and emotional health makes all the difference. That's what I'm here for — no matter where you are in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach — my job is to meet you where you are, not where I think you should be. I focus on helping you develop coping tools, process difficult emotions, and find stability when life feels uncertain. Whether you're dealing with a new diagnosis, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, we'll build a plan that fits your goals and your life.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as a conversation, not an interrogation. I'll take time to learn about you — what brought you here, what's been on your mind, and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. We'll talk through your goals and start sketching out what our work might look like. You don't need to have it all figured out — that's what we'll work through together. My goal is that you leave that first session feeling heard, not overwhelmed.
