Great to meet you!

I earned my doctorate from the University of Denver in 2010 and have enjoyed working with both civilians and veterans to move past traumatic experiences. I work from an strength-based and pragmatic approach utilizing a variety of different evidence-based techniques to address trauma including Behavioral therapy, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

My approach to therapy

In addition to trauma treatment, I specialize as well in Health Psychology. I have a special interest in helping people to achieve genuine health and wellness in their lives. Whether your goal is weight loss or achieving a generally more meaningful and vital life, I can help you to maintain those emotional and physical changes necessary to lead a healthier and more balanced life.
