Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, family conflict, relationship challenges, school stress, or difficult life transitions begin affecting your daily life. You may feel stuck, unsure how to move forward, or frustrated that the same problems continue showing up despite your best efforts. Therapy provides an opportunity to slow down, gain perspective, and develop practical strategies that help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

For nearly 20 years, I have worked as a school counselor helping children, adolescents, and families navigate some of life's most challenging moments. That experience has taught me that every person has strengths they can build upon, even during difficult seasons. I am passionate about helping clients identify solutions, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful goals that support lasting growth. Rather than focusing solely on problems, we will work together to uncover practical steps that help you move toward the life and relationships you want.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, empowering, and solution oriented. I strive to create a comfortable environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the counseling process. Our work together will focus on identifying what matters most to you, building effective coping skills, and creating realistic goals that lead to meaningful progress. My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling more confident, capable, and equipped to handle life's challenges.
