Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges, gain insight, and create meaningful change in their lives. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as solution-focused and person-centered approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for growth.

I am passionate about empowering my clients to find their voice, improve self-awareness, and cultivate confidence in who they are. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, navigate life transitions, and work toward becoming the best version of themselves.

With a compassionate and down-to-earth style, I help clients move from feeling stuck to feeling capable and hopeful about their future.

My approach to therapy

CBT, Motivational interviewing, Solution Focused.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to begin building a foundation of trust. During this time, I’ll ask questions to learn more about what brings you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll discuss your current challenges, goals, and any previous experiences with counseling to help me better understand how to best support you.

You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you’re free to speak openly at your own pace. Together, we’ll start identifying patterns or stressors that may be impacting your well-being and begin outlining a plan for moving forward.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what therapy with me looks like, the approaches we may use, and some initial steps or insights to begin working on between sessions. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
