Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as solution-focused and person-centered approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for growth.
I am passionate about empowering my clients to find their voice, improve self-awareness, and cultivate confidence in who they are. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, navigate life transitions, and work toward becoming the best version of themselves.
