Great to meet you!

Hey, I’m Kelly. I’m a trauma informed therapist, and I’m dedicated to helping people who have experienced trauma in their life. If you are looking for someone to help make sense of what has happened to you, or you feel like you have no one to turn to for support, I’m here for you.

I have experience working with adults and adolescents who have experienced single instance and chronic trauma, interpersonal trauma, childhood/developmental trauma, domestic violence, sexual trauma, and relationship concerns.

I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps reprocess traumatic memories and reduce symptoms. I am also a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator, supporting you in building felt experiences, choice, and agency within your own body.

My approach to therapy

My approach is an integrated cognitive behavioral and experiential approach.

My practice is rooted in the science of psychology, neuroscience, and attachment injuries, and we get to work together to rise above past experiences, to make a new future for yourself that you truly enjoy living in.

I suppose if you have some fun while you’re here, that’s a win in my book.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you can expect to learn about what therapy is, and share about different areas of your life, only as much as you feel comfortable with. Therapy with me means that we get to take our time and learn about each other as we go, and hopefully we build trust and humor together as well.
