Great to meet you!

I'm Dr. Kelly, a New York State licensed psychologist and school psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning challenges, parenting challenges, and school-related concerns.

As a parent myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to balance the demands of everyday life while trying to support yourself or your child. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I believe you're the expert on your own life. My role is to help you better understand what you're experiencing, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques. I strive to build on client interests and strengths, develop effective skills, and create realistic goals that help you move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

During the first session my goal is to genuinely connect with you. Not everyone clicks with every therapist and that’s okay. If we determine we are a good fit, I will ask probably an absurd amount of targeted questions to ensure I fully understand where you are and where you want to be.
