A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that everyone’s healing journey is unique and requires a personalized therapeutic approach. I want to hear your story and work with you to achieve your goals.

You can expect my full presence, respect, and compassion in every session. It’s important to me that you feel seen and heard without fear of judgment.

Outside of our therapy sessions, I make myself available via email for any client needing additional resources.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain deep insights into their sense of self, their patterns, what they have normalized, and how their environment has shaped them.

But I believe awareness is only the first step in healing. It is what we do with this awareness that creates real growth and change. When we challenge and change our thought patterns and begin taking new action steps, our feelings about ourselves and the world around us start to change.
