Great to meet you!

I partner with teens and adults experiencing the symptoms of PTSD, depression and anxiety, neurodivergent individuals and their families, and those who have experienced acute or chronic illness and offer care for issues particular to women.

I received my master's degree in Human Development/Marriage and Family Studies and hold certificates in both EMDR and REBT. Personally, I enjoy being with my family, reading and enjoying nature. I love my work, and look forward to meeting you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is warm and I highly value the therapeutic relationship. The building block of therapy is feeling like you are connected to, can trust and be honest with your therapist. In creating that environment, I aim for a calm space where we can strengthen mindfulness and nervous system regulation skills.

What you can expect from our first session

Whatever you are struggling with and choose to bring to therapy, I can help you face your unique challenges with resilience and to view yourself and the world with a sense of hope.
