Great to meet you!

Kelly Santana Majoch is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and body-centered psychotherapist who integrates mindfulness, meditation, and movement into her work with clients. Her approach is informed by existential theory, constructive narrative, and somatic practices. She has had the pleasure and honor of working under the supervision and mentorship deepening her expertise in trauma-focused care, and she has co-facilitated a women’s Post-Traumatic Growth Therapy Group. Kelly holds a Trauma Treatment Certification and has studied with renowned professionals in psychotherapy and somatic work. In addition to being a Registered Yoga Teacher, she has supported pregnant individuals and growing families for several years in her role as a doula.

My approach to therapy

Kelly uses an eclectic approach into her sessions that includes:

Existential therapy – focuses on meaning, purpose, and personal responsibility in one’s life.

Constructive narrative therapy – helps clients reshape and reframe their personal stories to support healing and growth.

Somatic therapy (body-centered psychotherapy) – emphasizes the connection between mind and body, using physical awareness to process emotions and trauma.

Trauma-focused therapy – informed by her trauma training and certification, addressing the impact of traumatic experiences.

Mindfulness-based approaches – incorporates meditation and present-moment

What you can expect from me

Kelly works with adults providing a safe and comfortable environment for them to start their counseling journey. Kelly uses a collaborative and curious approach helping clients define values and goals as well as identify patterns that may be preventing them from attaining what they are seeking. In a non-judgemental environment, she helps clients build stronger connections with self and engage in meaningful relationships. While Kelly's work focuses on individual needs, she is particularly drawn to trauma, anxiety and depression. Kelly has experience seen individual clients as well as couples. Kelly also provides clinical services focusing on perinatal mental health.
