Great to meet you!

Life can look very different than we expected. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, or the overwhelming demands of motherhood, you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and genuine understanding. My goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with women navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, motherhood, and major life transitions. I understand how isolating and emotionally exhausting it can be to cope with infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression or anxiety, identity changes after becoming a parent, and the constant pressure to balance the needs of others while caring for yourself. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, intimacy concerns, and life transitions. I am an affirming and welcoming therapist for kink and polyamorous individuals and relationships.

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based and experiential techniques to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I believe that while growth often requires courage and vulnerability, it should never happen without support. Together, we will explore the patterns, challenges, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while identifying the strengths and resources that can help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Seeking support is a courageous step. Whether you are preparing for parenthood, navigating the realities of motherhood, struggling in your relationships, or facing a difficult season of life, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and connection.
