Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when the things that matter most -- relationships, health, faith, work, family, or a sense of purpose -- feel tangled or uncertain. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, military life, addiction recovery, relationship challenges, trauma, or a major life transition, therapy can help you make sense of your experiences and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as we work together to strengthen the threads of your life and build meaningful, lasting change.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens in connection. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of proven therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based interventions.

For clients who desire it, I also specialize in Christian faith integration that honors both clinical best practices and the role of faith in healing, meaning-making, and personal growth. Faith is never assumed or imposed. I work with people across the spiritual spectrum, including those exploring Christianity, returning to faith, healing from religious experiences, or simply seeking a therapist who respects the importance of spirituality in their lives.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe therapy should be both meaningful and approachable, providing practical tools while also creating space for deeper reflection, growth, and healing.

My commitment is to meet you where you are, helping you better understand the patterns shaping your life, strengthen your relationships, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most. Along the way, we'll celebrate progress, navigate challenges together, and occasionally share a laugh when the moment calls for it.
