Great to meet you!

Hi everyone! I am an LCSW with over 10 years of experience. I received my MSW from the University of Southern California in 2016. I started my career working in community mental health focusing on high risk demographics including at risk youth and adults. I transitioned to work in private practice and have been in private practice for the last 5 years.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of modalities and techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. My goal as a therapist is to provide a judgment-free zone to be able to explore, reflect and provide insight on different levels of issues that can lead us to therapy.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic approach is personable, genuine, and tailored to your needs. I support clients in their self-discovery and problem-solving, recognizing it looks different for everyone. Through collaboration, we create realistic treatment plans, starting with building a strong therapeutic alliance, as research shows this relationship is key to progress in therapy.
