Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm so glad you found your way here....

I work with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions, with a special focus on women’s wellness. With 20+ years of clinical experience, I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, to support lasting change. My goal is to create a warm, affirming, and collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Washington University in Saint Louis (2006) and a B.A. in Political Science from Boston University (2000).

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. My work is strengths-based and trauma-informed, with space for lightness and joy when it feels supportive. I use a blend of evidenced-based approaches to support clients based on their unique history and personal goals, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we can better understand what may be getting in the way of the life you want to live. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop practical tools that align with your goals and values. I’ll walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion as you work toward meaningful change. Interested in learning more?
