Hi! I'm Kelly Miltenberger, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I work towards recognizing your existing skills and strengths and helping you to expand those into stronger, more adaptable ones to help you achieve your goals. For over 15 years, I have been working with children and adults from diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. I have a vast range of clinical experience in forensic settings, In-Patient facilities, virtual settings, and schools.

My approach to therapy

Support, validation, guidance- I hear you, I understand you, I listen. No judgment; just compassion. I pull from a variety of therapeutic techniques and theories to treat a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral problems, panic attacks, and many other challenges we may face in life. My main therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy and person-centered foundations.
