Great to meet you!

If anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions have left you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from the life you want to live, you're not alone. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress management, and life changes while building confidence, resilience, and healthier coping skills. With more than 14 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving clients in Florida and South Carolina, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout the process. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and positive psychology techniques. Together, we'll explore challenges with curiosity and compassion while developing practical strategies that help you improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and move toward your goals with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step, and my goal is to make the experience feel welcoming and supportive. During our first session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and identify the goals you'd like to work toward. I'll take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges while answering any questions you may have about the process. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and aligned with your needs.
