Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Ohio University and over four years of experience in community mental health. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, and older adults as they navigate challenges such as family and relationship concerns, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. I approach therapy with a strength-based, client-centered perspective, focusing on building trust, fostering collaboration, and empowering clients to create meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and equipped to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in a strength-based and client-centered perspective. I believe in meeting clients where they are, building a strong therapeutic relationship, and working together to identify goals that feel meaningful and achievable. By focusing on each person’s unique strengths, I strive to empower clients to overcome challenges, develop new skills, and create positive change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to explore your life experiences, relationships, and the challenges that bring you to therapy. Together, we’ll discuss your symptoms and your perspective on what feels most important to address. From there, we will create a collaborative treatment plan that reflects your goals and focuses on supporting you in meaningful and effective ways.
