Great to meet you!

Hello! I earned my Master's degree from Rutgers University. President's List every semester because I am a nerd. I worked in an acute psychiatric unit for 18 years, and have been working in private practice since 2022.

My approach to therapy

I like to get down to business. I feel that people usually start seeing a therapist when they are tired of feeling the way they do. I will work with you to unpack whatever you've got going on. I will speak frankly but gently to you about what we can do to make your life better.

What you can expect from me

I apologize in advance for having too good of a memory. I will remember the name of your cat that you had in seventh grade. I will read all of your documentation before seeing you. You and I will discuss what you would like to work on in therapy first, and what are the ways you like to learn about new information. I hope that after the end of our first session you feel some brightness and hope and are ready to get to work.
