Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I specialize in working with pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with complex stressors. I work primarily with adolescents and adults coping with trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, self-harm, ADD, mood disorders, attachment, personality disorders and grief. I am very passionate about my work as a therapist. I am very open-minded and I work hard to create a non-judgmental space for you to heal along your journey.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach that includes a combination of modalities, such as psychodynamic, attachment theory, family systems, narrative therapy, mindfulness, CBT and DBT in order to best address the unique needs of each individual.

What you can expect from me

A calm and peaceful experience that exhibits genuine concern and connection. It is my belief that we each hold the key to our own healing. However, we often lose ourselves through many of life's experiences. We will peel back each layer of hopelessness, depression, trauma and negative beliefs to unveil the light that we all possess. You will leave with a greater knowing of who you truly are.
