Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kelly! I am a compassionate guide for anxious, neurodivergent, and/or LGBTQIA individuals navigating boundaries, burnout, self-esteem, and major life transitions... especially those who’ve felt like they had to mask, shrink, or over-function to get by.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Therapy is a space where you can be curious, messy, and real... no need to “perform wellness.”

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support both immediate relief and long-term growth. Whether you’re looking to manage overwhelm, connect with your values, or simply feel more at home in your own brain, we can get there together.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy to meet your needs, no pressure to fit into a one-size-fits-all mold.

My approach to therapy

I use practical evidenced-based techniques to help my clients learn new coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful change in their lives. Integrity, compassion, authenticity, respect, and open-mindedness are my core values. I believe in a person-centered approach. We are all complex humans who deserve individualized support.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a comfortable, supportive space as we walk through your bio-psycho-social assessment together. I’ll introduce myself, and we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, along with your strengths, interests, and what you’d like to see change. From there, we’ll begin shaping goals that feel meaningful to you... creating a flexible roadmap toward feeling more grounded, confident, and at ease in your life.
