Great to meet you!

My core belief is that healing happens when we reconnect our minds and our bodies. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Somatic Therapy to help you uncover the deeply ingrained, harmful patterns that may be holding you back. By understanding these dynamics, we can work together to reframe negative cycles into intentional, more supportive choices.

My approach to therapy

Life presents challenges that can feel entirely too heavy to navigate in isolation. I partner with adults navigating a variety of life transitions, specializing in:

  • Grief and Loss: Processing profound change and finding a path forward.
  • Life Adjustments: Navigating major career, relationship, or personal transitions.
  • Mind-Body Connection: Overcoming chronic stress, anxiety, or trauma trapped in the body.

I provide a dedicated, judgment-free space designed for you to safely explore, heal, and reconnect with your authentic self. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

What you can expect from me

I believe real healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces where you are seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Growth isn’t linear, and I deeply respect your unique pace and path. In our work together, we will explore your truth with curiosity rather than judgment, building practical tools for resilience along the way.

Authenticity, deep connection, and the power of vulnerability are the cornerstones of my practice. I am committed to affirming all identities and honoring diverse lived experiences, with a particular dedication to supporting the LGBTQIA+ and nontraditional communities. It takes immense strength to show up for yourself during life transitions and times of pain. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, helping you reconnect to your values so you can live a life aligned with who you truly are.
