Great to meet you!

I have been doing therapy and social work for over ten years, and I love it! I have experience working with a variety of clients and situations. Most recently, I have been working with families through end-of-life situations, young adults as they have grown into themselves, and postpartum women as they adjust to a new child.

My approach to therapy

I have been trained in many therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) but my approach to each client is different. I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy and will work hand-in-hand with you to find what works best.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus mainly on us getting to know each other. You will get a sense of me as a therapist, and I will ask questions to get a sense of who you are: your challenges, values, relationships, and what you are hoping to achieve from therapy.
