Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I am passionate about helping you improve your mood, functioning, relationships, and quality of life. I have over a decade of experience treating adults with a wide variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety (including panic disorder, phobias, and OCD), stress, adjustment issues, trauma, and chronic pain.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of a Mindfulness-based approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (examining the interaction between thoughts, emotions, and behavior). I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat trauma, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for depression. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Treatment for chronic pain. Every person is different, so I work in collaboration with you and tailor treatment to make progress towards your therapy goals.

What you can expect from me

The beginning of therapy is an opportunity for you to share about your life and circumstances so I can better understand your situation. This allows us to develop trust and rapport, collaborate together, and create a path forward to reach your goals over the course of treatment. I strive to provide a safe and validating space in order for you to be seen and heard. My intention is to be warm, validating, empowering, and solutions-focused.
