Great to meet you!

As of January, 2026, I am now a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified ClinicianTM. Why is this important? It shows my commitment to delivering treatment according to the evidence-based DBT model as developed by Marsha Linehan, PhD.

I have been practicing since 2013. In 2015 I attended my first intensive training in DBT in Northampton, Massachusetts. In 2019 I furthered my DBT training at Portland DBT Institute in Portland, Oregon. Since that time I have honed my practice of this treatment and implemented it to assist my clients not only to tolerate, control, and manage uncomfortable emotions, but also to change the oftentimes problematic behavior that follows.

My approach to therapy
