Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm Kelly! I am a License Marriage and Family therapist who works with individuals and families to transform patterns that have become obstacles and improve relationships. I provide a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can feel heard. You will have the opportunity to learn new ways of thinking and being to help change happen.

My approach to therapy

I work from a mindfulness based and CBT perspective. We will work together using a team approach. You can expect to have my complete, active attention.

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions, I will ask a lot of questions and answer yours. We will start strategizing the best plan of action to address what brought you to therapy in the first place. During the rest of our time together I will provide a safe space, and new tools and perspectives to help you make the changes you want to make.
