Great to meet you!

Hello! I want you to know that this is a collaborative process. What you put into it is what you are going to get out of it. I challenge you to be open and vulnerable and trust the process as we walk together towards your healing. I have worked with a variety of clients from all walks of life and what I have learned is that therapy works best if you challenge yourself and advocate for yourself to find hope and healing. Ask questions, make goals, and share without fear of judgement. I am for my clients. And I work to understand and affirm them for their experience by using sound evidence based approaches.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is always tailored to the individual — no two people are the same, and no two treatment plans are either. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients access and process the emotions that drive their patterns, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT to shift unhelpful thoughts and address difficult experiences, and Narrative Therapy and attachment-based approaches to explore how past relationships shape the present. For couples and families, I bring Solution-Focused and Bowen Family Systems frameworks to strengthen connection and communication. I adapt constantly to what is working for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about beginning to build the kind of connection that makes this work possible. We will talk about what brought you here, what you are hoping will be different, and what you need from this process. I will ask some questions, listen carefully, and give you space to ask questions of your own. We will start to explore your story and your goals together at a pace that feels comfortable. By the end of our first session, you will leave with a clearer sense of direction and the reassurance that you do not have to navigate this alone.
