Great to meet you!

I offer a brief 15-minute phone consultation to ensure a good fit before scheduling. Call or text: 239-354-7446.

I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) specializing in trauma and anxiety. I help people who feel overwhelmed or stuck find relief and feel more like themselves again. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT and am trained in EMDR. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

My approach to therapy

As a trauma-informed LMHC, I blend CBT and EMDR to support healing and clarity. My work is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience. With a background in treating clients ages 6–65, I adapt each session to your goals—helping you process, grow, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

You’ll find a safe, compassionate space to explore thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My client-centered approach helps uncover insights within you. Using CBT, we develop coping strategies and reframe unhelpful patterns, especially around trauma and anxiety. Goals include building self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. By identifying strengths, clarifying values, and setting steps, you’ll gain deeper understanding, improved coping, and renewed confidence.
