I specialize in solutions based therapy and medication management.

I approach each individual holistically, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention and health education. I care for you and your family, focusing on your needs first and then any acute or chronic health condition you may have. After deep contemplation and 22 years of work in the health care industry, I bring a complete level of understanding to you.

Would like for my clients to feel as though they have a safe space to work through mental health issues. I am conservative in prescribing medications so we will work together to find a solution that works best for your individual needs with the least side effect.
