Great to meet you!

We all deserve to have someone in our corner as we navigate life's ups and downs! I am passionate about supporting individuals through challenges and transitions, and celebrating progress. I work with young adults, adults who are going through eating disorders, life transitions from school to corporate, folxs who are transitioning, and general anxiety and depression. My background includes extensive work with adults facing a variety of systemic and personal obstacles, including those who have historically had less access to resources like the BIPOC community. I am committed to creating a welcoming, affirming space for all clients that acknowledges each individual's journey, with an intersectional and holistic approach. My priority is to ensure that you are seen, understood, and supported as you work toward your personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, and rooted in meeting you where you are. I draw on my experience in crisis care, brief therapy, and long term multi-year care to tailor our work together. Whether you are new to therapy or returning, I strive to be a partner to you in this process, and empower you to take an active role in your life!

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15 minute intro call to all prospective clients. During this call, you can expect a confidential, nonjudgmental environment where we will get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I will take time to understand your history, and your hopes for our work together. If you feel I am a fit for you, we will proceed from there!
