Great to meet you!

I’m a welcoming, down-to-earth therapist who has been supporting clients since 2008. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity questions, and relationship challenges of all kinds. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and experienced in working with diverse relationship structures and gender identities. Whoever you are and whatever you’re exploring, you’ll be met with respect, openness, and zero judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are. I believe everyone’s story is unique, so we work together to understand what you need and what feels authentic for you. I help clients build clarity, strengthen boundaries, and move toward the life and relationships they want. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, relaxed way. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you hope to work on, and any questions you have about therapy. You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where we go at your pace. By the end, you’ll have a sense of next steps and how we can move forward together.
