Great to meet you!

Hello! I graduated from Smith College School of Social Work and have been practicing for nearly 20 years. I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship issues, LGBTQ individuals, and also depressive disorders.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client centered, and evidence based. I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy to tailor interventions to each individual's needs.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're facing personal challenges or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life. I firmly believe in the inherent strength and resilience within each person. My goal is to empower individuals to tap into their own resources, build coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
