This method is goal-oriented, future-focused, and typically brief, often lasting between 5 to 8 sessions. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your distress and collaborate on a clear, practical path forward.
I regularly work with clients navigating complex trauma and neurodivergence, tailoring my approach through the lens of Relational Neuroscience. This means we are mindful of how your brain and nervous system have adapted to past experiences, and explore ways to create new patterns that support healing.
