Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Kelly (she/they). In the past, I've worked at hospices and crisis centers; I'm passionate about creating space to hold the heavy parts of life. My expertise lies in grief counseling, and I work with all different kinds of loss. I currently work in private practice, and I see both individuals and couples. I enjoy working with teens and young adults, queer and trans folx, and neurodivergent clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and existential dread.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy blends warmth, creativity, curiosity, and humor. In our shared space, my ultimate goal is to build a strong, trusting relationship with you. Although I customize the type of therapy I use to your unique needs, I frequently weave thought-based and body-based interventions into our sessions. I'm also EMDR and Gottman trained. I always work from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and social justice framework.

What you can expect from me

I believe life is way too difficult to navigate alone. With grounding exercises, open conversation, and perhaps even movement or art, we can process difficult experiences and create meaningful change. If any of this resonates with you, please reach out and schedule a complimentary consultation. I would be truly honored to support you through this chapter of your life!
