Great to meet you!

I am a Master's level psychotherapist who provides support for individuals and families with a multitude of challenges from anxiety and depression to the more complex trauma based issues. Recognizing that nearly everyone has had some kind of wounding from birth through adulthood, I integrate various modalities that include aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Codependency work to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach integrates theories and techniques individualized for your unique situation. Having a Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, I approach sessions with a Mindfulness focus. I provide trauma-based, strength-based, and evidence-based interventions to get to the heart of issues in the most efficient manner for healing and change. I welcome you to join me in this mutual effort to bring more peace and functionality into your life.

What you can expect from our first session

From our therapy together, you can expect to further uncover your Authentic Self that has been there all along but has been buried through protective strategies from wounding. I aim to facilitate positive growth and change through this unveiling as you heal your wounded inner parts and find more harmony within and without.
