Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist working since 2017 in community mental health and private practice. I have a masters degree specializing in couples and family therapy. I work to offer a space where clients can be seen and heard.

My approach to therapy

I am guided by a systemic approach meaning I help clients examine the systems within and around you. I use a feminist family therapy lens to encourage empowerment for all clients. I specialize in women's issues, anxiety, depression, couples and family issues. My goal is to build meaningful relationships with my clients so we can have real, tough conversations in a safe, honest space.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to get to know my clients. I want to learn who you are and what systems you are in that may be impacting your current mental health. I try to bring warmth, compassion, and humor to sessions so we can create a safe shared space.
